Ubuntu Resolute Raccoon

Linux and Ubuntu is new to me.

But we have become fast friends.

I wanted to try Linux for myself.

So, a few weeks ago, I purchased a legacy Dell Latitude with Ubuntu installed.

• My first upgrade was Noble Numbat.

• Then, I upgraded to Resolute Raccoon.

I discovered that I could get Resolute Raccoon by the Software & Updates GUI.

Notice the setting:

"Notify me of a new Ubuntu version"

1. I changed the setting to "For any new version"

2. And then Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (Resolute Raccoon) became available
